Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of February 8, 1996 (61 FR 4816). The document announced that FDA was amending its regulations to prohibit the use of tin-coated lead foil capsules on wine bottles. The document was published with some inadvertent errors. This document corrects those errors.
