Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of 1,4- cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid as a polybasic acid for use in polyester resins intended for food-contact coatings. This action is in response to a petition filed by Eastman Chemical Co.
