## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Mallinckrodt Veterinary, Inc. The NADA provides for intravenous use of propofol injection in dogs as an anesthetic.
