## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Orphan Medical, Inc. The NADA provides for intravenous use of fomepizole solution as an antidote for ethylene glycol poisoning in dogs. EFFECTIVE DATE: December 27, 1996.
