Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the regulations for delegations of authority relating to functions performed by the Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER). This amendment updates the titles of CDER delegates and organizational components to reflect the organizational restructuring. This action is intended to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the regulations.
