Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending its regulations for exporting devices for investigational use to correct the statutory reference. This action is being taken to reflect changes in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act), and to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the regulations.
