Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of an abbreviated new animal drug application (ANADA) filed by Ivy Laboratories, Inc. The ANADA provides for the use of trenbolone acetate implants for improved feed efficiency in growing-finishing feedlot steers and increased rate of weight gain and improved feed efficiency in growing-finishing feedlot heifers.
