Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Luitpold Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The NADA provides for intramuscular injection of polysulfated glycosaminoglycan for dogs for control of signs associated with noninfectious degenerative and/or traumatic arthritis of canine synovial joints.
