Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of July 29, 1997 (62 FR 40570). The document amended the regulations governing compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) as implemented by the regulations of the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). The document was published with an error. This document corrects that error.
