## Abstract

In the May 12, 1997 issue of the Federal Register, we published a regulation titled, ``Medicare Appeals of Individual Claims, BPD-453-FC.'' That final rule concerned individual claims appeals under part A and part B. We made an error in that regulation and this document corrects that error.
