Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is revising the authority citations for Title 21, Chapter I of the Code of Federal Regulations to conform with procedures of the Administrative Committee of the Federal Register. This action is intended to simplify FDA's authority citations. It does not represent a change in agency policy and does not increase any burdens on the public.
