Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Wildlife Laboratories, Inc. The NADA provides for use of naltrexone hydrochloride sterile injection as an antagonist to carfentanil citrate immobilization in free-ranging or confined elk and moose (Cervidae).
