Abstract
This document removes regulations governing certain programs repealed or eliminated under the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, including: Emergency Assistance; Job Opportunities and Basic Skills Training; and three child care programs authorized under title IV-A of the Social Security Act. It also repeals some administrative rules of the AFDC program, because the program was repealed effective July 1, 1997.
