Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the regulations for delegations of authority to set forth the current organizational structure of the agency as well as the current addresses for headquarters and field offices. The agency is also redesignating certain sections of the regulations to allow for expansion in the delegation of authority section. This action is necessary to ensure the continued accuracy of the regulations.
