Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a partial stay of certain provisions of the nutrient content claim regulations pertaining to the use of the term ``healthy.'' This action is in response to a citizen's petition from ConAgra, Inc. (the petitioner), to amend the definition of this term.
