## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of poly(p-oxyphenylene p-oxyphenylene p-carboxyphenylene) resins as a component of food- contact articles intended for repeated use. This action responds to a petition filed by ICI Americas, Inc.
