## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of polyurethane resins derived from the reaction of toluene diisocyanate or 4,4' methylenebis(cyclohexylisocyanate) with fumaric acid-modified polypropylene glycol or fumaric acid-modified tripropylene glycol, triethylamine, and ethylenediamine as a component of adhesives for articles intended to contact food. This action responds to a petition filed by Olin Corp.
