Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of chromium oxide green, Cr<INF>2</INF>O<INF>3</INF> (C.I. Pigment Green 17) as a colorant for polymers intended for use in contact with food. This action is in response to a petition filed by Ticona.
