Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of white mineral oil as a dust control agent for rough rice at an application rate of 800 parts per million (ppm). This action is in response to a petition filed by Lyondell-Citgo Refining Co., Ltd.
