## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the delegations of authority with respect to animal drugs to incorporate provisions for feed mill licensing in accordance with the Animal Drug Availability Act (ADAA) of 1996. The ADAA amended some sections of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the act) to require a single facility license for the manufacturer of medicated feeds containing approved new animal drugs, rather than multiple medicated feed applications for each feed mill, as previously required by the act. This notice also updates position and component titles and associated delegations of authority within the Center for Veterinary Medicine (CVM) as a result of organizational restructuring.
