## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the food additive regulations to provide for the safe use of tetradecanoic acid, lithium salt as a stabilizer for polypropylene and certain polypropylene copolymers intended for use in contact with food. This action is in response to a petition filed by Asahi Denka Kogyo K.K.
