Abstract
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is correcting a final rule that appeared in the Federal Register of January 12, 1999 (64 FR 1758). The document amended the regulations that incorporate by reference analytical methods in the ``Food Chemical Codex'' 3d edition, by updating these references to the 4th edition. The document was published with an error. This document corrects that error.
