## Abstract

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to codify an approved new animal drug application (NADA) held by Pfizer, Inc. The NADA provides for use of sulfadimethoxine (SDM) tablets to treat bacterial infections of dogs and cats.
