We recommend that the Acting Assistant Secretary for OFO ensures that the Department reassesses the self-screening questions and updates the information in the Reconstitution Plan as necessary, or includes a link to relevant CDC guidance in the self-assessment section of the Department’s Reconstitution Plan for employees to access and reference.
