## Summary

Our inspection identified several concerns with CARES Act and pandemic-related contract actions made through October 31, 2020.


## Recommendations

- **Rec 2021-FIN-010-03** (Closed): We recommend that the BIA resolve the questioned costs of $3,848.
- **Rec 2021-FIN-010-04** (Closed): We recommend that the DOI and its bureaus and offices review the FPDS and correct any COVID-19 pandemic-related procurement actions missing the COVID-19 NIA code.
- **Rec 2021-FIN-010-06** (Closed): We recommend that the DOI and its bureaus and offices review contract actions coded with the COVID-19 NIA code for accuracy.
