The Small Business Administration (SBA) is establishing a size standard of $10 million in average annual receipts for Help Supply Services--Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 7363. The current size standard for this industry is $5.0 million. This revision is made to better define the size of business in this industry that SBA believes should be eligible for Federal small business assistance programs. SBA is also clarifying language about affiliation when a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) is co-employer of a firm's employees.
