## Abstract

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is revising the procedural regulations that Federal agencies must follow to obtain approval of the SBA Administrator for establishing size standards for use in their programs. This revision will simplify SBA's regulations by requiring agencies to consult with SBA before proposing a size standard. It requires them to obtain the SBA Administrator's approval before publishing a final rule.
