## Abstract

The National Labor Relations Board is revising its rules that govern filing extra copies of unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions with the Board. The revisions are being adopted in order to relieve persons filing charges and petitions from the requirement of having to file extra copies which, as a practical matter, the Board no longer needs. The intended effect of the revisions is to relieve members of the public of paperwork burdens without adversely affecting case processing.
