Abstract
The Federal Trade Commission (Commission) announces that the current ranges of comparability required by the Appliance Labeling Rule (Rule) for room air conditioners, storage-type water heaters, gas-fired instantaneous water heaters, heat pump water heaters, furnaces, boilers, and pool heaters will remain in effect until further notice.
