Abstract
The Securities and Exchange Commission is adopting a technical amendment to Item 21(d)(1) of Form N-1A, which was published in the Federal Register on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 (69 FR 11244). The amendment corrects an instruction to the requirement for a registered open-end management investment company to include in its shareholder reports disclosure of fund expenses borne by shareholders during the reporting period.
