Abstract
The Federal Trade Commission ("Commission") has completed its regulatory review of its Prohibition of Energy Market Manipulation Rule implementing Section 811 of Subtitle B of Title VIII of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. This regulatory review is part of the Commission's periodic review of all its regulations and guides. The Commission has determined to retain the Rule in its present form.
