Abstract

This action is necessary to reflect internal changes which have occurred in the Small Business Administration (SBA). This revision will enhance SBA's ability to process Small Business Institute (SBI) Grants. The SBA is hereby revising its delegation of authority to allow District Directors to execute SBI grants up to $25,000.
