Guides for the Luggage and Related Products Industry, Guides for Shoe Content Labeling and Advertising, and Guides for the Ladies' Handbag Industry

The Federal Trade Commission (the ``Commission''), as part of its periodic review of its rules and guides, announces that it has concluded a review of its Guides for the Luggage and Related Products Industry (``Luggage Guides''); Guides for Shoe Content Labeling and Advertising (``Shoe Content Guides''); and Guides for the Ladies' Handbag Industry (``Handbag Guides''). The Commission has decided to rescind these three Guides. In a document published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, the Commission seeks public comment on proposed Guides for Select Leather and Imitation Leather Products. The Commission is taking this action to clarify and streamline the Guides.
