Abstract
The Board is publishing technical amendments to Regulation CC to correct errors, delete obsolete provisions, and facilitate the usefulness of the commentary. The Board's Regulation CC implements the Expedited Funds Availability Act and requires banks to make funds deposited into transaction accounts available for withdrawal within specified time frames.
