The final rule consolidates all current regulations and requirements that apply to federally insured state-chartered credit unions (FISCUs) in one place, the regulations on requirements for insurance. The rule does not impose any new requirements on FISCUs. This rule will aid FISCUs by simplfying the process of determining which regulations they must follow.
