## Abstract

The Federal Trade Commission, in response to a petition, issues an Enforcement Policy Statement under which the Commission will avoid taking law enforcement actions against manufacturers of general service incandescent lamps (including reflector lamps) not in compliance with the labeling disclosure requirements of the Appliance Labeling Rule until December 1, 1995.
