The Board is publishing revisions to the official staff commentary to Regulation Z (Truth in Lending). The commentary applies and interprets the requirements of Regulation Z. The revisions clarify regulatory provisions and provide further guidance on issues of general interest, such as the treatment of various fees and taxes associated with real estate-secured loans and a creditor's [[Page 16772]] responsibilities when investigating a claim of the unauthorized use of a credit card.
