Abstract

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is amending its regulatory provisions implementing the Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure (Uniform Rules). The final rule is intended to clarify certain provisions and to increase the efficiency and fairness of administrative hearings.
