In response to President Clinton's Government-wide regulatory reform initiative, the Small Business Administration (SBA) has completed a page-by-page, line-by-line review of all of its existing regulations to determine which should be revised or eliminated. This rule would eliminate seven sections which are currently contained in 13 CFR Part 125 pertaining to SBA's procurement assistance programs. The Part will be retitled Government Contracting Assistance.
