The Small Business Administration (SBA) amends its regulations governing employee standards of conduct. This amendment repeals provisions that are superseded by the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) Uniform Standards of Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch (5 CFR Part 2635); amends one provision by adding the Associate General Counsel for General Law as an Assistant Standards of Conduct Counselor; and renumbers the remaining provisions with several minor technical amendments.
