The Federal Trade Commission (the ``Commission'') announces that it has concluded its review of its Guides for the Metallic Watch Band Industry (``Watch Band Guides''). In a separate document published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register, the Commission is consolidating certain provisions of the Watch Band Guides with the Guides for the Jewelry Industry, renamed Guides for the Jewelry, Precious Metals and Pewter Industries. The Commission has decided to rescind the Watch Band Guides. The Commission is taking this action to streamline the Guides.
