Abstract

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is publishing a final regulation to implement the requirements contained in section 19 of the Resolution Trust Corporation Completion Act, which amended the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to prohibit certain persons from becoming employed or providing services to the FDIC.
