The FDIC's Privacy Act Regulations were reviewed in accordance with the requirements of section 303 of the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994 (RCDRIA) and the FDIC's ongoing Regulatory Review Program. As a result of this review, the FDIC is amending its Privacy Act Regulations in order to delete outmoded terms and otherwise update and clarify the regulations. The revisions are minor and technical in nature.
