The Consumer Product Safety Commission, with the concurrence of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE), is issuing regulations for CPSC employees that supplement the Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch issued by OGE. These supplemental regulations address outside employment by CPSC employees. The CPSC is also revoking its existing agency employee conduct regulations which addressed outside employment by CPSC employees.
