Abstract

The Securities and Exchange Commission (``Commission'') is amending Forms SB-1, SB-2, and Regulation A to provide that registrants may no longer file their Forms SB-1 and SB-2 registration statements and Regulation A materials in the Commission's Regional Offices given recently implemented changes to its filing processing programs. All such documents must be filed at the Commission's Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Regulation S-T, the electronic filing regulation of the Commission, also is being amended to reflect this change.
