Abstract

The NCUA Board is implementing two provisions of the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996. First, the Board is raising the threshold of credit union board of directors' approval of loans to officials from $10,000 to $20,000. Second, the Board is permanently exempting small, nonautomated credit unions from Truth in Savings compliance.
