Abstract

This document contains corrections to the final rule published in the Federal Register on March 12, 1997(62 FR 11317). That rule amended 13 CFR 121.103(b)(5) by incorporating changes made to the Small Business InvestmentAct of 1958 (SBIAct). It contained several minor errors which could be misleading if not corrected.
