Abstract

The Securities and Exchange Commission (``Commission'') today adopts a number of amendments to its rules governing the submission of filings and other documents through the Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval (``EDGAR'') system. These amendments reflect the Commission's experience with the EDGAR system as well as the close of the initial phase-in stage of the EDGAR project.
