Abstract

The Board is correcting an amendment to Regulation CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks) that appeared in the Federal Register on March 24, 1997. This document corrects an error that appeared in Model Availability Policy Disclosure C-5 concerning statutory limits on funds availability of all deposits.
