Abstract
The Commission announces that it has received no objections to its final rule amending its fireworks regulations under the Federal Hazardous Substances Act that was published on December 20, 1996. 61 FR 67197. This final rule changes the allowable fuse burn times of fireworks devices (except firecrackers) from the previously required range of 3 to 6 seconds to the range of 3 to 9 seconds.
